Aging Best, the Central Missouri Area Agency on Aging, is committed to helping older adults live with dignity, safety, and independence in the places they call home. Every day, we offer support that provides nutritious meals, strengthens well-being, reduces loneliness, and helps families and caregivers who walk alongside their loved ones.

$10 delivers two meals to a homebound neighbor, bringing both nourishment and a friendly visit
$50 provides two hours of home help, making daily life safer and easier for someone in need
$100 gives a caregiver a much-needed break, so they can rest, recharge, and continue caring for their loved one
$2000 provides a year of home delivered meals and reassurance calls to a grandparent

A home delivered meal is more than just a meal for many homebound adults. Each delivery brings a friendly visit, a check-in, and a reminder that someone cares. As the need continues to grow across Central Missouri, your generosity makes sure no one goes hungry or feels forgotten.

Missouri is getting older. Nearly 1.1 million Missourians are 65 or older, and that number is expected to rise to more than 1.4 million by 2030. The fastest growing group is those 85 and older, who need more specialized support.
