Columbia Parks & Recreation Fund

Columbia Parks and Recreation provides parks, trails, recreational facilities and leisure opportunities for Columbia residents of all ages, abilities and income levels. The Parks and Recreation Fund supports this work by acting as a permanent source of revenue to augment Parks and Recreation facilities and services.

Parks and Recreation is dedicated to promoting health and wellness, protecting the community's environmental resources, fostering human development, strengthening community image and providing high-quality, safe recreational experiences for the community. 

Many of our programs are free or at reduced costs so that all citizens can participate in our activities, whether it's a special event, life enrichment or adapted sports and recreation. Financial support from the community allows us to continue to offer safe, affordable opportunities.
