Columbia STEM Alliance

The Columbia STEM Alliance mission is to improve the odds for student success by engaging students in hands-on STEM programs. Our programs promote meaningful Pre-K-12th grade STEM learning experiences with an emphasis on disadvantaged and underrepresented students. Our current programs include: Innovation and Business Learning Center, Girls STEM, and Math Mentorship.

The STEM workforce has an outsized impact on a community's competitiveness, economic growth, and overall standard of living. STEM professions account for 80% of the highest paid jobs in the US. STEM careers are major drivers of upward economic mobility. The Columbia STEM Alliance seeks to support student pursuit of STEM careers.
