Livabilities Building Community

Livabilities is Building Community for Special Needs Adults in Central Missouri at the Lake of the Ozarks. It is located on 16 acres in the City of Laurie adjacent to the Laurie City Park and the Westlake Aquatic Center. 

Livabilities is building this community for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who require 24 hour care and support in a safe, engaging and welcoming environment.  We recognize that as parents age, caring for their adult with special needs put demands on them physically that creates limitations in their caregiving. Parents worry about what will happen to their child if they aren’t able to care for them. Livabilities wants to ease this anxiety for families by providing a community that will support their loved one through dedicated programs and residential living. 

Through our fundraising events, Livabilities is Building Community. Together with your help, we can bring this vision to life. With your support, we can build a community center and staffed residential homes to meet the needs of adults living in Central Missouri.
