MOST Policy Initiative is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that helps bring reliable, accessible scientific information to Missouri’s state and local decision-makers. Based in Columbia and rooted in the heart of Central Missouri, we work every day to ensure that community members, lawmakers, and public institutions have the evidence they need to make informed choices.

Our team connects scientists, educators, health professionals, and other experts with leaders across the state—bridging the gap between research and real-world challenges facing Mid-Missouri communities.
