Challenge Grant Rules

  • Gifts made online via CoMoGives.com from December 1, 2025 at 12am CT through December 31, 2025 at 11:59:59pm CT will count towards the Grand Prizes and Matching Grants, unless otherwise noted.
  • Offline gifts will not count towards any prizes or leaderboards, unless submitted in the form of a check to the Community Foundation of Central Missouri team in advance.
  • A matching grant uploaded by the organization does not count towards Grand Prizes, Challenge Grants, or any other prizes. Only matching grants that have been fulfilled online or submitted to the Community Foundation of Central Missouri as a pre-approved check will count.
  • Awarded prizes are subject to audit and will be finalized up to seven business days following the close of CoMoGives.
  • Grand Prizes or Challenge Grants may be revoked or withheld if donations or matches can’t be validated, including falsifying donor email addresses or matches.
  • In the event of ties, unique donor count will be used to determine winner.
  • The CoMoGives Grand Prize & Matching Grant pool is provided by the Community Foundation of Central Missouri as a means to incentivize and reward organization participation in the fundraising challenge. In an effort to provide an equitable Grand Prize & Matching Grant pool, no organization can win more than one prize of any kind in one campaign, including Golden Tickets and Power Hours (aka "extras").
    • During the campaign, winners of Golden Tickets and Power Hours will show as *apparent* winners. The Foundation strives to give an organization the highest prize it qualifies for. If, after the campaign ends, the data show that an apparent winner of an "extra" also is the top winner for one of the Challenge Grants, then that organization gets that Challenge Grant and the "extra" is awarded to the next qualified organization.
