H.E.A.T. Squad Mentorship

The H.E.A.T. Program is a transformative, evidence-based behavioral health and mentorship model designed to help youth and young adults break destructive cycles and build healthy, purpose-driven lives. Rooted in cognitive-behavioral principles, trauma-responsive care, and emotional intelligence development, H.E.A.T. provides a structured pathway for these young men to rewrite their story from the inside out.

The H.E.A.T. Squad programming is centered on the H.E.A.T. curriculum, which empowers young men to examine their thoughts, behaviors, and emotional triggers while learning practical skills for accountability, self-control, and personal leadership. Through guided sessions, real-life scenarios, group discussions, and positive role modeling, participants develop the tools needed to manage conflict, avoid negative peer influences, and make decisions that support long-term success.

Used nationwide in correctional systems, schools, community programs, and reentry settings, H.E.A.T. is acclaimed for its impact on reducing recidivism, improving emotional regulation, and strengthening identity formation. Held at the P.E.A.C.E. and H.O.P.E. Center for Youth on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school, in collaboration with Boyz2Men Consulting, LLC, the curriculum is delivered by certified facilitators who create a safe, empowering environment built on trust, respect, and growth.
