CMCA is committed to addressing the lack of affordable housing options in our service area. In 2024, we broke ground on Providence Landing, 14 single-family units built right in the heart of the Columbia, to be sold for at an affordable rate to income-eligible families. To make the homes more affordable, CMCA will sell these homes with down payment assistance and is raising funds to help buy down interest rates and cover closing fees.
