WOD for the Girls!

Heart of Missouri Girls on the Run board members, Sarah Hudson & Annie-Sevy Deardorff, have been longtime CrossFitters and have both received their Level-1 credentials.  Their dedication to CrossFit mirrors the mission of Girls on the Run: to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.  

Join us on Saturday, January 11th at 10:00am @ CrossFit Aggregate for a fun workout.  This event is not just about fitness; it's about building strength, confidence, and community - values that both CrossFit and Girls on the Run hold dear.  If you are out of state or cannot attend the workout, we would still greatly appreciate your donation. 

All proceeds will go towards sponsoring more girls' membership dues, ensuring that every girl has the opportunity to participate in this life-changing program.  Come sweat with us and support a great cause!

75 pull-ups (reps split)

*We will have an indoor option available in case the weather doesn't cooperate

*There will be numerous scaling options to ensure the workout meets you where you're at with your fitness.
