Setting the Table for All

I started here as the school chef, driven by a simple mission: to make school lunch feel like the warming, fresh, scratch-made food my grandmother and mother made for me. With a background in culinary arts, owning my own catering company, and a deep passion for school-lunch advocacy, I knew I had to instill that same love and respect for food in every child. I wanted them to know that their food came from farms, grown by real people, and that they deserved the most nourishing meals.

Now, as the Director of Windsor Street Montessori, I live and breathe this cause. This school is the only place in Columbia offering authentic Montessori early education (toddlers through third grade) with a unique, intentional, and food-forward philosophy.

This is my life's mission, and I am beyond committed to making it last.

We provide over $45,000 in annual Food Justice Scholarships to ensure that children with financial need are not turned away. Cost should not prevent a child from accessing a nourishing meal and a high-integrity education. Without immediate community support, we face the heartbreaking reality of having limited ability to support these crucial scholarships.
