TCP Board Members Pie in the Face

Help The Center Project reach our CoMo Gives goal and have some fun doing it.

This CoMo Gives season, we are turning generosity into good, messy entertainment. The Center Project is launching a special Peer-to-Peer fundraiser with one simple (and hilarious) promise:

For every $50 raised, one TCP Board Member gets pied in the face, live on January 13th.

That’s right. You donate. They get pied. Everyone wins.

Fundraiser Goal

Peer-to-Peer Mini-Goal: $600TCP CoMo Gives Overall Goal: $50,000Purpose: To help us hire The Center Project’s first-ever Executive Director in 2026, expanding our capacity to support LGBTQIA+ people across Mid-Missouri.

Every donation, big or small, puts us closer to sustainable staffing, stronger programs, and more direct community support, along with another Board Member covered in whipped cream.

Donors can tune in to watch pies fly as Board Members bravely and nervously line up for impact.

How It Works

Donate through our Peer-to-Peer page during CoMo Gives. For every $50 raised, one Board Member earns a pie to the face. At $100, two pies. At $250, five pies. At $600, twelve pies. On January 13th, we tally the final pie count and the Board accepts their fate.
